Sponsorship

The Chairs Circle is a community of public company board chairs, lead independent directors and board committee chairs - we provide exclusive education programs and networking to our community. The retreats are educational, in elegant and fun locations and designed to bring experienced directors together to explore the challenging issues facing boards and companies today. In 2026 the events are held at Limerick Lane Cellars in Healdsburg CA, by invitation only and sponsored by trusted advisors.

We offer three tiers of sponsorship for each retreat to our trusted advisors:

Platinum sponsors attend the whole retreat and lead two sessions of curated content with the attendees. Platinum sponsors may also request specific Gold and Silver sponsors.

Gold sponsors attend the whole retreat and lead one session of curated content with the attendees.

Silver sponsors speak at a dinner and may attend the dinner, or the whole retreat, depending on sponsorship contribution.

Each sponsor has category exclusivity - the sponsor will be the subject matter expert for their subject during the retreat.

All sponsors may attend both the education sessions and discussions as well as the social events, creating exclusive access to a highly qualified group of board leaders. All sponsors may invite qualified board chairs to the retreats.

Signature sponsors design the entire retreat with The Chairs Circle partners and may control the agenda and invitation list.
